Infinisource, Inc. Selects ECI's Empower Software
September 26, 2005
Elkhart, IN - Electronic Commerce, Inc. (ECI), a leader in business process outsourcing of payroll, human resources, benefits, timekeeping and tax, announced today that Infinisource, Inc., a large, 3 rd party benefits administrator, chose Empower as their single provider of HR and payroll management.
Infinisource provides outsourcing solutions such as COBRA administration and seminars, flexible spending account, health reimbursement arrangement, online enrollment & eligibility administration and HIPAA privacy & compliance. Founded over 17 years ago, Infinisource has secured over 225,000 seminar attendees and 12,000 administrative clients.
With more and more time devoted to servicing their ever-growing customer base to the 100% satisfaction level they guarantee, Infinisource wanted to reduce complexities in other areas of business—such as their own HR and payroll department. Infinisource chose Empower to replace services from 3 other companies and to streamline their internal processes.
Cheryl Moore, Infinisource HR and payroll administrator, said “Empower has made such a difference. I don’t even have the words to describe how much time it has saved us. Empower does everything; we no longer have to go through a painstaking payroll process. Every time we finish we look at each other and say ‘Wow that was easy.’” Infinisource was able customize their Empower package to fit their needs.
The Employee Self Service (ESS) aspect of Empower is another feature that has proved its worth ten fold. Moore said, “The fact that employees can handle many of their own day-to-day HR requests is amazing. It not only saves us time, but the employees get their answers quicker.” Empower provides Infinisource employees with access to all corporate approved information and allows them to find their own answers. Many change requests such as vacation requests, training requests, information change requests, etc. can be initiated electronically through ESS. By automating these and providing on-line information for review, Infinisource hopes that calls to the department will be reduced, cycle times will become shorter and overall employee satisfaction will rise.
“Customer service is always a big concern when companies make the decision to undergo such a change, “said Jeff Lacy, ECI CEO. “We do everything we can to make the process as simple as possible for them.” Infinisource was no different. Infinisource attributes such a successful start with Empower to ECI’s customer service. Moore stated, “ECI’s customer service really sets them apart from the others. I call and they immediately recognize who I am. We’ve been assigned a single rep for our account and she has always made herself available for us. It’s just been a great experience.”
ECI follows up their dedication to customer service with their Implementation Management program, installation, maintenance and upgrades. Collectively, it is known as the “Customer for Life” program. This process combines a personal touch with advanced technology and has resulted in an overall client retention rate of 98%.
We couldn’t be happier to have Infinisource join the ECI family. I am positive our relationship will continue to flourish over the years and that ECI and Empower will continue to help Infinisource focus on their client service, growth, profits and business opportunities,” said Lacy.
